Wisconsin Dells

Fun for the whole family, the Waterpark Capital of the World is a must-see for anyone who hasn’t yet. Wisconsin Dells is one of Wisconsin’s most significant attractions; see for yourself why! Watch the Tommy Bartlett Ski Show, visit the Exploratory, get wet at the largest waterpark in America, or enjoy a night out downtown at one of the many bars and restaurants! Wisconsin Dells makes for a perfect weekend getaway.

House on the Rock

There is no other house like it in the whole world. Tucked away in Southwestern Wisconsin in the town of Spring Green, House on the Rock might just be the most exciting attraction in the entire state. House on the Rock opened in 1959 and was designed by Alex Jordan Jr. in spite of Frank Lloyd Wright; it features three sections of architecturally distinct rooms, shops, gardens, streets, and works of art. There is also an inn and resort with a golf course, making this the perfect weekend getaway.

Door County

The only place in Wisconsin where you can watch the sunrise and set over the water without leaving the county, Door County is home to more than 300 miles of shoreline, five state parks, 11 historic lighthouses, art galleries, and thousands of acres of orchards. Sample some of the famous cherries, take the ferry to Washington Island, check out one of the many galleries or shops, go for a swim in Lake Michigan; the possibilities are endless in Door County, making it easy to spend a weekend here.

La Crosse

Situated along the Mississippi River on the Western border of the state, La Crosse has natural beauty with plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy nature. La Crosse is known for its excellent fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. If you want to check out the river without getting wet, then a river cruise is for you! While you are in La Crosse, be sure to visit the Dahl Auto Museum to drive through time and see some of the first cars made and everything along the way.
